Somewhat remote - forgotten by mass tourism - the Rosenlaui Glacier Gorge is hidden in the wild and romantic Reichenbach Valley. But visitors are rewarded for the journey over the 10 km long mountain road: the gorge is an impressive, powerful natural wonder, in the middle of a magnificent and peaceful mountain landscape. A safe and well-maintained path allows people of all ages to enjoy the natural spectacle in the gorge. Height difference: 115 meters, duration approx. 45 minutes, weather permitting, possibly hiking poles for the way back.

Fair weather suggestion: By private car or post bus to Rosenlaui glacier gorge. Observe and feel the power of the water in the gorge. Create a work of art at the gorge exit. Who will build the most beautiful, highest, most elegant or most original cairn? Walk back to the gorge entrance, continue along the hiking trail towards Schwarzwaldalp. After about 15 minutes official barbecue in the Broch. Visit of the historical saw on Schwarzwaldalp. On foot or by post bus back to the gorge. Leisurely day trip. Hiking time: 1 h 15.
